Project Management - US $2.5Mn

The Project Management Component of IWWRMP encompasses several critical areas, 
which include:

• Offering technical and operational support to the Project Management Unit (PMU) to manage the project effectively, covering financial management, procurement, and environmental & social aspects.

• Facilitating monitoring and evaluation of the project, including the geotagging of rehabilitated or newly constructed assets.

• Enhancing stakeholder outreach to raise awareness of the project's scope and benefits.

• Providing training to both PMU staff and Implementing Agencies.
